Cervicogenic?: As per Dr Pool see his advice re headaches and when a doctor needs to be consulted. With the mention of phone use and back of head one may need to also consider the possibility of a neck problem causing the headache. Would be worth a doctor examination by one licensed in your area to go through possible causes and consider relevant treatments.

Muscle pain: Seems like a muscle issue (strain or sprain). I think some warm compresses and some Motrin or tylenol is in order. The fact that you talk on the phone often can affect your posture and help cause the problem. Be aware of your posture. Get a headset if you need to be hands free on the phone and perhaps you sit up straighter and not develop this pain. Warm compresses and cold ones can be done.
