when i'm laying down, i sometimes get overwhelmingly dizzy and even feel a bit of a pulsing sensation in my head? could this be an anxiety attack?

Dr. Thomas Cromer

Unusual: Does not sound to me like a typical anxiety attack. Do you feel restless, tense, fearful? It may be more medically related and I would encourage you to be checked out by a medical professional.
