I got stung 2 days ago and it is still swollen, very itchy and red and warm. i have put cortisone cream on it not working. what should i do?

Prednisone: I would add a 24 hour anti-histamine ie: claritin....and probably a short prednisone taper ie: medrol dose pak.....Dr. Wellner
