Probably not: I am not exactly sure what you are asking. I am assuming you are talking about bile ducts which connect the liver to the intestines. Surgery to correct a blockages can lead to further blockages. There is no way for me to tell without further information. I would discuss this with your surgeon. I am sorry you have had complications. I hope everything is turning out ok.
