EMERGENCY!: The strongest pain medication you have. Then call your dentist and ask to be seen immediately. In lieu of that, take advil, motrin, aleve, tylenol (acetaminophen) or what you normally take for a severe headache. Ice to your face or cold water rinses may help.

Loose tooth: It sounds like you have a bad infection that requires antibiotics. These infections caj be life threatening, go to a dentist or emergency room right away for evaluation.
