Does this sound like a seizure? random intense deja vu, comes in suddenly (cant find trigger) gets so strong to the point i can predict what a friend will say. during episode extreme anxiety can function and am aware just deja vu and stress?

If a non epileptic patient believes they are having seizures but doesn't really experience any other symptoms. Is it possible the person is experiencing pseudo seizures or brain zaps from anxiety and stress?
Odd when you develop bad anxiety issues from seeing a stress induced seizure...Afraid you will have one from stress when its what stresses you?
