Out of context: Hard to make sense of numbers. Your TSH and T4 values seem to be in normal range, but with no history they are only numbers. Different labs use also different scales and ranges. Best to answer your question will be the doc or advanced practitioner who ordered them since they may have more information and be able to connect these numbers with your symptoms.

Thyroid numbers.: Assuming that the T4 you mentioned is actually free T4, then these numbers would denote adequate thyroid function.
