Pseudotumor Cerebri: Increased intracranial pressure without tumor is called Pseudotumor cerebri. The MRI is normal. OCT of optic nerves & macula may show typical pattern of diagnosis. (http://www.jocms.org/index.php/jcms/article/view/151) Must do lab workup if vitamin D & B12 are low need treatment. Vitamin A may be up in Pseudotumor. Pseudotumor cerebri can cause irreversible optic nerve damage. In my experience is also a cause of a sero-negative arthritis called RSD.
