Glue Ear: Due to infection behind the tympanic membrane the fluid builds up. Glue Ear or Otitis Media with effusion. The antibiotics help kill a bacteria infection. The fluid may cause the ear drum to rupture. Or may need to see ENT doctor for ear tube and drainage. If it is ear wax need to have it removed. Depends on otoscope exam. Give it more time, take the antibiotics consider physician re exam .
