Vestibular changes: Some meds like aspirin can cause noise in the ear. The ear itself can produce noise. Dramamine from the pharmacy maybe helpful if it is a viral cause. Used for motion sickness and is a non typical anti histamine.Use as labelled on box. Consult a specialist Ear Nose and Throat for further work up and definitive diagnosis.
