Confirm pregnancy: In view of positive urine pregnancy test with negative ultrasound could mean early pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy. Your quantitative hcg should be followed every 2days for normal rise. Your transvaginal ultrasound should be done once hcg is greater than 2,000 and if unable to locate the IUP, will consider ectopic pregnancy. For any pelvic pain or vaginal bleeding, go to the hospital.
