May be normal: Urine pregnancy tests are pretty sensitive and it can be a week or more before you will start to see anything on ultrasound. An ovarian cyst called the corpus luteum develops where ovulation occurred and this hormonally supports the early pregnancy. Your story is completely consistent with a normal pregnancy.
