Hi i have a sort of numbness / tingling sensation in my right thigh. more on the right side of the thigh. i have no discomfort or pain. there seems to be "reduced feeling" on that part of the thigh.please advise what could be the problem and possible?

Nerve impingement: This symptom is usually caused by an impingement of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve at the groin level. It is termed meralgia parasthetica. It tends to be more common in overweight people and people who sit for prolonged periods like truck drivers. It is more of a nuisance symptom but may persist. A neurologist could confirm the diagnosis.
