Is it vaginal : bleeding? As you haven't mentioned what is the source, and chlamydial infection, causes vaginal discharge rather. Unfortunately you won't find an answer online, your symptoms warrant physical examination, see your doctor / gynecologist, good luck

Chlamydia: It is not usual to bleed during chlamydia infection. Would check HCG and consider sonogram check for ectopic, conception and PID if there is abdominal pain. F/u/ w/ gyn.
