Go to MD instead: Since your pregnancy is confirmed the possibility of miscarriage exists if you are also experiencing cramping. If that occurs, and tissue is passed then an ER visit is needed. If not, then make a appointment with a OB GYN MD for assessment and continuing pregnancy care as desired.
