Possible infection: You should get a gyn exam and also a urine test. A vaginal infection or a urinary tract infection needs to be ruled out. Both can be diagnosed in the doctor's office and usually they can be easily treated. Please see your dr for this.

May or may not be: See your gyn for an exam , blood preg test and an ultrasound and vaginal- cervical cultures to r/o infection.
