Not necessarily: A gooey discharge with a blood clot is not one of the main symptoms of pregnancy but, if you have been having unprotected intercourse and are worried, you can always check a regnant test to be sure. If it is negative and you are still in doubt, repeat the test in 3-5 days. To know what is causing it requires a much fuller history, an exam, and appropriate testing. Hope this helps.
