OK to take both: But what is the diagnosis?????? A large dose of steroid like this is not benign. If you have a chronic skin disorder [eczema?] there will be TEMPORARY improvement, but then what will you do? Most of the time there are better long-term treatments. When oral steroid is used it may be better at a much lower dose and spaced at a single dose alternate days.
