Depends: It depends on what is causing the rash and how it looks.... Sometimes your regular medical doctor (internist/pediatrician/fp) can help you decide. If it is red, itchy then an allergist is usually a good idea. If it's dark then a dermatologist is a good idea. This is just a general "rule of thumb"...
