It's a "benign": cyst but may be a "problem" depending upon it's SIZE! Your Gyn should be able to discuss all the questions about this finding! Hope this helps Dr Z

Donot worry: There can be lot of reasons for this kind of finding but it depends on your age and also how big the cyst is and also what is the value of CA125 ,any pain on that site ,you should ask all these questions from your obgyn
