The inside of the ovarian cyst lining shows focal ereas of hemorrhage what does that mean?

Not too much: The lining of the cyst showed some area of bleeding; it could have been before the surgery if it ruptured it would show some small area of bleeding . Focal would imply small points as opposed to massive area of hemorrhage or bleeding.
