Bloodwork done for fatigue shows low anion gap and low a/g ratio. ideas?

Nonspecific: In my opinion these values are nonspecific and if there are no other electrolyte, renal(kidney) or liver abnormalities I wouldn't place any significance on them. Look for other causes of fatigue such as anemia, underactive thyroid, iron deficiency, sleep disorder, chronic stress or depression.

Symptoms: Any blood result should be interpreted with caution only in relation to your current symptoms. A low anion gap indicates a state of alkalosis. Please discuss with the doctor who ordered this test for you and he can interpret this in light of your symptoms

Fatigue : These findings do not on there own tell you about your fatigue The 2together might indicate your diet is not the best. They need to be evaluated in the context of your other test results, history, and examination.
