I have had a blood test to try to understand why i am experiencing fatigue. my ldh levels have come back quite a bit lower than the expected range. my anion gap was also low. little info online about next steps, diagnosis, etc?

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
