Dose by weight: If fever continues, see an md. As to proper dosing with tylenol (acetaminophen) or similar "fever" medications, if they are liquid, you should carefully follow the instructions to give the ml proper for your child's weight. Good luck.

Fever under one year: Watch your baby closely. Any significant change in personality, feeding habits, rousability, sleeping excessively, irritability, etc. Should prompt you to see a pediatrician asap.
