Need more info: In order to know what to do would need much more info. To be on the safe side would go to er or urgent care facility and have her seen so that very serious conditions can be excluded. Hope she is better soon.

Yes, go to ER: You can give either tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen to get the fever down and head on to the emergency room. Meningitis is going around right now. She may just have a strep throat , sinus infection etc but the high fever and neck pain alone is worrisome even though you did not give other signs & symptoms. Err on the safe side.
