Call your obgyn: You should call your obgyn to make sure there is no ruptured membranes ,Sometimes vaginal discharge is very common

Cervical cerclage: At 21wks gestation with cerclage, it is not unusual to have light mucus discharge. In view of the cerclage, constipation can be managed with occasional prune fruit or juice. If you notice any regular contraction, watery discharge or bloody discharge, you need to see your doctor or go to emergency room for evaluation. Goodluck.
