Hi there, i'm 8 weeks preg, have had some vaginal spotting following a bowel movement. i have been constipated - trying fibre/fluids . concerned?

? vaginal source: The first question would be is it vaginal bleeding or is it rectal bleeding, which when you are constipated having hard bowel movements would be much more common. Fiber and fluids is a great treatment for constipation. If you are sure it is vaginal bleeding and it continues, then you shoud alert your OB doctor.
