Might be UTI: If the blood is coming only when you urinate it might be associated with a UTI(hemorrhagic cystitis). This should be considered especially if you also have burning, urgency, frequency upon urination. If the bleeding comes any time then it could be related to a threatened abortion. In your situation in ay of those cases you should be seen ASAP to determine what is going on and get treated as needed

Very unusual: Blood clots from the vagina only with bowel movements is rather unusual. I suggest you get an evaluation/exam done by your PCP or GYN.
