Yes, but....: There is a normal mucous discharge that develops in the vagina that can sometimes be pushed out after a bm. However, if this is happening after a vaginal delivery or due to certain medical conditions, like crohn's disease, it might be the sign of an early fistula. You should see your gynecologist.
