Hard to tell without Exam. Start by drinking a lot of water and use a heating pad to abdomen. If not better pl see your MD or Urologist

Sounds like a Urinary Tract Infection which usually requires some antibiotic treatment. But the Female tubes and/or the Reproductive System may also be infected with what is called P.I.D. (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease), either way a visit to PCP and or Urologist/Gynecologist is indicated.
