LLQ pain: Left lower abdominal discomfort after sexual activity and urination suggests an abdominal muscle strain. Another possibility is some degree of pelvic congestion. If you have no associated bowel symptoms I doubt an intestinal cause. The presence of hemorrhoids is nonspecific and they should not play a role in abdominal symptoms. Have a rectopelvic examination by your gynecologist and a urinalysis.
