See a doc.: Could be jaundice/hyperbiliriubinemia. I am premature in making this comment. The liver is on the right side, but hepatic/liver pathology has to be excluded.

Flourescent: It may be another supplement that has b vitamins. Increae your water intake. Abdominal pain persisting should be evaluated.
