Since friday ive had horrible back pain in all sections of my back. all weekend only thing thats helped was laying on my left side. now nothing helps. its just gotten worse. went to ob and my wbc in urine is 2 and rbc in urine is 1. cant breath?

I don't know if: your symptoms worsened since you saw your gyncologist. But, it you can't breath (shortness of breath, not moving air) that may be a medical emergency.

Be seen: There are a lot of possibilities, it does not sound like you have a urine infection. You would be well served to be further evaluated to determine the cause of your pain.
