What is the difference between ensure and boost? i think i read that boost was for extra energy or something like that. i'm trying to gain weight.

Multiple product: Boost and ensure are both nutritional drinks. Both have multiple products in the same brand name with adding prefix or suffix, with differences in various products. . There are minor differences in potassium and protein content. If you have no medical problem this minor differences would not matter, otherwise consult dietitian if on special food requirement..
