Weight gain: Is likely due to fluid retention. Your doctor may want to prescribe some diuretics. Your fatigue may be due to the cirrhosis or anemia. Iron, even IV, may help.

Liver specialist: Cirrhosis is too complicated an issue for this forum. You weight gain is most likely due to water retention. You should consult a hepatologist, liver specialist, for your care. You may wish to discuss the feasibility of a liver transplant.
