Let it Resolve First: I would advise to let the cellulitis resolve and be cleared by the physician treating the cellulitis before resuming exercise as the increased activity could cause additional edema leading to pain and or delayed healing of the wound/bite.

Light workout: Depending on the location of the lesions and the type of workout slight changes to your regular routine may be needed. Specifically avoiding any friction on the affected area and significant sweating that might irritate the area further. Hope it helps.
