When does the redness and warmth from cellulitis go away? i have been on augmentin for almost 2 weeks for infected cat bite. redness, swelling, and warmth improving but redness, and some warmth remain. is this something to be worried about?

You might actually have another problem{with your vascular system}, either stasis dermatitis or even, though more rare, thrombophlebitis. See your dermatologist for evaluation and possibly an alternative treatment. Also, the alleged infection may be caused by an organism that is not susceptible to Augmentin.
