Yes. : It is potentially safe to use all of these meds for severe depression and anxiety disorders. The pregabalin and trazadone are both sedating, so you have to watch their timing or additive effects. The propranolol has a relaxing effect without much sedation and may be best used in low doses during the day for anxiety. The fluoxetine has long term action and reduces both anxiety and depression.
