My 20 mth son seems to have a slow blink on 1 side.1 eyelid lags behind slightly. not all the time- i just notice it occasionally. is that a concern?

See Eye doctor: In that age group 40% of lid lags a cause is not identified and it may resolve. But in 60% of cases a cause is found, most common would be hyperthyroidism, then a benign hemangioma under the eyelid. Should go and see an ophthalmologist for proper diagnosis and therapy.
