I am diagnosed with cellulitis in my upper eyelid and cheek on one side of my face. im taking antibiotic, & the only pain relief ive found is a cool wet cloth on my face. is there such a thing as too much time to use a cool compress daily?

Cellulitis is a bacterial skin infection and facial involvement is very dangerous. Cold applications are not a good idea as they restrict blood circulation and you want good circulation for infection treatment. If the infection is not quickly improving get reevaluated for diagnosis & more effective treatment and you may want to consult an infectious disease specialist, which is my recommendation.
