Depends: Recommended dosing is 10 mg daily, this can be adjusted up with the guidance of al allergist, make sure you discuss this when you make an appointment fir advise and further therapy. Any dosing outside the recommended dose should be discussed with a specialist in that f ield of medical practice

Too much. : Despite the fact that it helps your breathing, that dose of Zyrtec is technically too much per day. You will need to find a medication that is as effective as the higher (unacceptable) dose of Zyrtec.
