Heel sores.: Yes, you should see s specialist at this point. This could be (1) local issue preventing healing of (2) systemic issue preventing healing, such as diabetes or peripheral vascular disease.

Wound care.: Non-healing wounds can certainly be a challenge. Do not attempt to treat these yourself and do not put off seeking help. Either a wound care specialist, infection disease specialist of a wound care clinic are you best possibilities. Do not wait.
