150 min/week.: For 30 minutes every day of recommended physical activity is in line with the popular recommendation of 150 minutes per week of dedicated exercise. Of course, the more exercise you can do the better for your health overall (without overdoing it of course), but 30 minutes per day, five days per week is a reasonable exercise expectation.
