Tender calf: May be varicose veins , may be muscular/ tendonitis or related to electrolytes potassium / calcium / magnesium . Are they swollen? could be edema very rarely myositis -an inflammatory process , most concerning may be clot , though it is unusual to have it in both legs. But due to concern for clot would go to ER to be evaluated .Clots are more common in pregnancy because one is hypercoagulable

Calve pain: At 33wks gestation with bilateral calve pain, it will be prudent to have evaluation which should include doppler of the lower extremities. Even though chance for blood cloth is unlikely, it will be reassuring to rule it out. Please see your doctor immediately for diagnosis and treatment. Goodluck.
