URTI: You are ill and may have strep ,other bacterial/viral infection, mycoplasma, retropharyngeal abscess and /obronchitis/pneumonia. Would seek medical attention soon. The stiff neck is concerning, is it just the sides of your shoulders or do you have difficult bending your neck forward ? Do you have sensitivity to light ?Nausea? headache? if so it is a medical emergency and go to the ER immediately

Get examined quickly: On the basis of what you're saying this could be anything from the beginnings of a tonsillitis, to a strep throat, or even a meningitis. I feel that in this kind of situation a medical examination to rule out the worst case scenario is what is needed. Stay hydrated with lots of water and get yourself to an Urgent Care or ER center to get a real time physician to figure out which of the 3 it is.
