A member asked:

A shaky feeling in arms/hands mediately after eating, within minutes. no diabetes or prior surgeries. usually, it comes with reflux as well.

Postprandial: Swings in blood sugar from high dropping to low can occur in some people who eat sweets or other carbohydrates as the body secretes insulin after the meal causing those types of symotoms(reactive hypoglycemia). Dumping of food too quickly out of the stomach is another possibility. It may be helpful to perform a 4 hour glucose tolerance test to see if those symptoms are reproduced. Discuss with MD
