Diabetic neuropathy?: Without additional history or exam findings, it is difficult to tell for sure. But, my suspicion is that you may have peripheral diabetic neuropathy--the classic stocking-glove distribution of areas affected--feet/hands. Burning or itching/tingly sensation are early symptoms. I would suggest consulting with doc for some simple office testing and find out the cause of your symptoms. Good luck.
