Probably not: Even with low levels we would not give a booster unless you have a current exposure. I am curious as to why they tested your titer. We don't normally vaccinate humans except in cases of exposure.

I think you are fine: From what I could learn from a brief look, Elisa rabies titers of > 0.5 IU/mL are considered protective. Also, having received 5 shots as part of your original vaccination series would seem more than adequate. Finally, it was a non-bite exposure ... you're fine:)
