A member asked:

Probably a long shot, but i am 4' 9 1/2" tall at 25 years old. is there any chance at all of being any taller?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: A 25 year-old will not grow taller as her growth plates have fused. To look taller, one chooses properly designed clothing and shoes with heels, plus has good posture. That said, overly high heels are bad for one's feet. Vitamins, supplements, special foods, extra exercise, etc... will not make a person taller after she already closed her growth plates.
