Not treated specif : These are usually Calcified round things seen on a CT and may be caused by many different organisms. For example if you lived in the Ohio valley you might pick up an organism as well as in the napa valley in California. Unless you are symptomatic most often not treated, just seen on CT. If you are having symptoms then go to your doctor and explain what's on your mind

If it is: an incidental finding, it is most likely due to a prior inflammatory/infectious process(e.g. histoplasmosis particularly in endemic regions), and requires no treatment.
